Dr. Molly Arnold is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 30 years of experience walking alongside individuals, couples, and families. She is a board-approved supervisor for those pursuing LMFT and LPC licensure and holds both a Doctorate in Family Therapy and a Master’s in Counseling and Development from Texas Woman’s University.

Dr. Arnold’s career has spanned direct counseling, clinical leadership, and academic teaching. She has served as Clinic Director at Ellie Mental Health, Child and Adolescent Director at Denton County Friends of the Family, and a CPS caseworker in Dallas County. She’s also been a visiting and adjunct professor at Texas Wesleyan University, Texas Woman’s University, and Southern Methodist University. Her specialized training includes play therapy, family systems therapy, mediation, and mental health neutrality in collaborative law. She is a clinical member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and the Association for Play Therapy, and a dedicated CASA volunteer advocating for children in need.

Dr. Arnold believes healing begins in the space of connection. While her academic and clinical background inform her work, it is the relationships she builds with her clients that matter most. She approaches therapy with warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s journey. Her style is collaborative and compassionate—rooted in the belief that people don’t need to be “fixed,” they need to be seen, supported, and understood.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready for change, Dr. Arnold offers a safe, grounded place to explore what’s possible. She sees therapy as a partnership—one where your insight and lived experience are honored. If you or someone you love needs support, Dr. Arnold would be honored to be part of your healing path.
