Seeking support can feel like an uphill battle, and it’s completely normal to feel vulnerable and hesitant during tough times. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, I deeply understand the bravery it takes to reach out for help. My goal is to offer you a safe, empathetic environment where you can freely explore your emotions and difficult experiences. I firmly believe that every challenge presents an opportunity for personal growth, especially with the right support in place.
My counseling style is centered on empathy and teamwork, as I strive to empower and involve my clients in their own healing journey. With a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a wealth of experience working with diverse communities, I specialize in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, LGBTQ concerns, relationship or attachment struggles, emotional regulation, and substance abuse. I incorporate art therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to equip my clients with skills for managing distress, regulating emotions, improving communication, and practicing mindfulness.
During our sessions, you can expect to be truly listened to without any hint of judgment. Together, we will develop strategies that will empower you to tackle life’s obstacles with confidence. I am here to support you at every stage and help you uncover fresh perspectives and new pathways that will inspire you to envision a brighter future.

Fun Facts
Hey there! Here are some fun facts about me: In my free time, when I’m not working with clients, I love expressing my creativity through drawing, writing, coloring, or painting. Taking care of myself is essential, so I enjoy staying active by walking, jogging, spending time in nature, or even rock climbing. While I cherish my alone time doing these activities, I also adore connecting with family, friends, and animals.
